Is there anybody out there who would like a challenge?

Is there anyone who can dress a female taking into account the following?

Under 5ft
Size 18-20
Appleshape
Fifty plus (but with a young outlook on life.)

Fashion preferred is 20's and 30's but getting a dress pattern in the UK is hard and is expensive from the states.

I were jeans that only fit around the bum, skinnies make me look like a toffee apple (which are on sticks).
